How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I've been using it for more than 2 weeks and can now give a review of its performance. Without a doubt, it's a great machine! In terms of quality and price, it's unbeatable; it has many settings for grinding, from finer to coarser, so finding the right setting for you will be easy. It doesn't make much noise (though it's not silent, of course). It operates with just one button and stops automatically once it has ground the amount of coffee you want to prepare; it has a rotary knob for that. It's excellent.

Received everything correctly, thank you. It is of good quality, easy to use and clean, makes a little noise but it's less than normal for flat grinding wheels. It has 28 grind thickness settings and to prepare 1 cup in a single pass, it marks at least 2, which corresponds to a cup of 8 grams of freshly ground coffee. In total, it marks 12 cups, which correspond to about 6 cups of coffee, or about 48 grams of coffee. I have not yet checked the maximum number of cups. In short, an excellent purchase at an incredible price. Everything is correct.
The Wancle grinder is a great purchase! It is well-built, and the grind size adjustment works flawlessly. The coffee tastes excellent because the burrs do not overheat the beans. The device operates quite quietly and stably. It is very easy to clean, which is a big advantage for daily use. The shipment arrived express delivery and was very well protected. Really great product, good materials, nice color scheme, grinds coffee just as I expected - what a smell when grinding! The only minor flaw is the coffee container which gets electrified and the coffee sticks inside, but there's a brush for that. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. I hope it will last a long time.

Good grinder for the price. I like espresso, which requires a very fine grind, and this grinder delivers what it promises.
This grinder is a real hit in its price range. The quality-to-price ratio is simply incredible – for this money, you get equipment that could easily cost 2–3 times more. The ground coffee turns out really delicious – even grind, great extraction of flavors, suitable for both espresso, drip, and French press. Most importantly, there is absolutely no feeling of overheating of the beans, even during long grinding sessions. The engine does not overheat, and the coffee remains cool and fresh.
The device is small and very practical; I liked that it has several levels of adjustment sufficient for different coffee makers. I recommend trying it with filtered coffee and in a machine that uses a thick filter.

Its size is small, which is what makes it unique. Its sound is a bit loud for its size, but its grinding performance is excellent and it grinds very quickly.
Super efficient, nice, and most importantly, the grinder grinds well. I'm extremely satisfied; on setting 2, it grinds honey as finely as a traditional knife would, perfect for making Turkish coffee. It takes literally a moment, that is, several times shorter than before. Highly recommended!
A decent coffee grinder. A bit noisy, but it can be disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled according to the instructions. The grind size meets all needs. For espresso, a medium grind is just right for me, and the fine grind works well with the pump in the coffee maker. First impressions are good.

Small efficient machine that grinds to a wide range of grain sizes. It is fast, somewhat noisy but works well. The collecting container needs practice to get back into place. Relatively inexpensive, it is unlikely to give years of service but a good purchase for daily home use. If that is what you need, go for it.
All correct. Compact design grinder that can be stored in any cabinet without any problem. Works well, a bit noisy. Grinds the beans into different textures. It's easy to disassemble, but it's a bit difficult to clean all the corners. The electrical connection cable is very short. Good value for money. Recommended.
Despite being a bit noisy and the difficulty of reassembling it when I take it apart for cleaning (the assembly arrow doesn't match), I found it spectacular. The fine mode is ideal for baskets without pressure. For pressurized baskets, it must be used in mode 9 to 16 (depending on whether they prioritize intense flavor or foam, respectively). I leave a photo of the grinding in mode 16 (in the fine mode it looks like the powder of instant coffee).
The coffee grinder works well; the most important thing is that it grinds finely. It operates quite loudly and you need to get used to it. The user interface is intuitive. The included plastic spoon and brush are very useful. Definitely, coffee ground this way is much better than using traditional grinders or even a Thermomix, because there, in addition to grinding, the coffee is also brewed by the blades. Overall, I recommend it 👍 You just need to get used to the noise during grinding.
