How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
And by God, it's sweet when you grind a large quantity in seconds. It has types for coarse, fine, and medium grinding.

Love a good wancle coffee grinder
Fast shipping by DHL, takes up little space and works wonderfully, the grain grinding selection works great....
In general, I liked it. I needed 1 day to adapt. I used a portable coffee grinder and its grinding was very uniform. The ones I just bought are not as uniform but still serve well. In the first tests I did, I didn't find the granulation adjustment very variable, but then I realized it had a nice range (from powder to espresso or granules for V60). It makes a slightly annoying noise, but nothing too important. When pressing the button to grind, it grinds very quickly. The grinder for V60 also produces a little dust, but I didn't find it to affect the coffee. I chose the electrical outlet in the US 110v version, but this version is the one with two flat pins. I solved the problem with an adapter.
The grinder is excellent, with a wide range in grinding size, and the equipment is very well finished! Good quality! I always use the Dolce Gusto stainless steel reusable capsule to measure; I put the beans in the capsule and grind that amount. The quantity is perfect. I've already tried it and with freshly ground coffee it's amazing! Much better than buying powder and not knowing what comes with the ground coffee. I recommend this grinder! Thank you! The logistics companies have fallen short; all the corners of the box came crushed, and inside the grinder comes with Styrofoam.
Excellent! I saw some comments about the noise but man, people want to pay cheap and have everything. It makes less noise than a Walita multiprocessor that I have. Very uniform grinding. I recommend
It's a good coffee grinder, i'm using the adjustment nr 2 and it's working fine with my 20bar expresso machine. The timer on 3 is the amount for one expresso, and it takes 15 tô 20 seconds to grind. It's fine to use the grinder every time i want a coffee. I'm using for 3 weeks every day by now.
Everything arrived in perfect condition, without any scratches or damage. Furthermore, the delivery was extremely fast, much earlier than I expected. Honestly, it's a very good product and I highly recommend it. An excellent purchase! It's great that it stops or doesn't turn on if it's missing a part, so we avoid accidents. That shows that the design is designed with user safety in mind.
I liked everything; you can make coffee of different grind sizes. The lid closes well, works quickly, quietly. They say this is an option for a very budget-friendly coffee grinder, but honestly, there's no difference from an expensive one! The coffee turns out wonderful, I am completely satisfied with the quality. Fast delivery, well done!
First thing, very fast delivery. Second thing, packaging is excellent. Third thing, the size of the grinder is fantastic, it's not tight on the table. Fourth thing, grinding speed is fantastic, God willing. Fifth thing, I ground v60 degree 12 as someone commented and it turned out excellent. Sixth thing, and finally, grinding has no clumps. It's fantastic once again, worth every penny even if it's cheap.

The grinder arrived quickly and so far has been working as expected, with very adjustable grind settings. The grind outcomes have been great. The value for the low price has been very good. The main unknown is how durable this grinder will be. Hopefully it lasts a long time. So far i'm very satisfied.
Love it, it does the job and is very compact and grinds coffee quickly and you can adjust the grind size too!
