How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Happy with my portable coffee maker, it charges easily with USB charging. and makes my expected perfect coffee for any place. It always goes with me everywhere. Highly recommended if you like the coffee alone.
What is this? I paid $12 for this... it's absolutely amazing. Since it's a 3-in-1, both Nespresso capsules and coffee powder work very well. I made a stand with a 3D printer... it fits perfectly. Even if this is not a discounted price, the price and quality are still very good. It's absolutely amazing. Buy two. Buy 3 when there's a discount.

It actually works, heats up quickly
Easy to use. It doesn't take long to heat the milk. The battery lasts about 4 cups but recharges quickly. I have tried with regular coffee and it comes out very 😋 😋 😋 . The purchase was a great success
Very good product. I already knew that it used little coffee, what I did was recharge it three times and the battery worked without any problem. With the water from the faucet, he poured the coffee quickly and without any problem. Pouring hot water also made the coffee quickly and without any problem, like the original Nespresso. I haven't tried it yet with Dolce Gusto capsules or ground coffee 10 to take to the office.
The order arrived fast, everything is as described. Works great with dolce gusto capsules. I made 3 cups, and there was still battery left. It takes 4-5 mins for a hot cup of coffee if you put cold water. Love the color.
Espresso machine compatible with small capsules like Nespresso and large capsules like my Lavazza, I used the Nespresso ones and was pleasantly satisfied. With one charge, I made 3 coffees but I don't know how many more I can make. However, I was positively impressed. excellent purchase.
It's perfect, just as advertised. I feel that the maximum capacity is only 60 ML, although it is the ideal capacity for a concentrated espresso. What makes this useful is for Nespresso capsules and not for others like Dolce Gusto or Coffee to prepare in which a larger capacity is expected. It seems ideal for transportation and meets the quality I expected for a product at this price.

Very little water and the battery usually lasts 5 cups, it's very good for what it really serves, which is to have a cup of coffee wherever you want.

It's super good The option of heating water is a little slower, the option of pouring hot water is faster. Although I really liked it, it meets my expectations.

Great device! With cold water, it takes 5 minutes to heat up, but then you have really hot coffee. With a full battery, it can definitely make 5 cups of coffee.

Some tips: I used this coffee machine until now only with compatible Nespresso capsules and hot water filled in the machine: I always had a nice coffee.
