How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It performs its function perfectly. For its size and what it is for...it's perfect...I recommend it.
It's very useful and easier to use than I thought. It also has a boiling water function, so I'm using it well. It's better than the existing famous brand products.
I dropped the one I was using and bought a new one because it broke. It's such a great item that I don't buy coffee when traveling or at work.
I tried to brew coffee from capsules, I've never had such coffee before, I took L'Or capsules for a lungo, the extraction is strong, the coffee turned out good, I generally don't like pure coffee, but here it's really a very good result, the taste is great. The package of capsules says that 110 ml of water is needed, the machine 80 ml, but I didn't close the machine and added water during the process, as the extraction takes 70 seconds, and 80 ml went somewhere in 40-50 seconds, so you can add more and nothing bad will happen. I'm satisfied with the result.

I was amazed by the quality of the coffee... the taste obviously depends on the pods used, but the consistency and warmth of the coffee produced are excellent. It has the size of a thermos and excellent structural quality. Obviously, it takes about 5 minutes to heat up the resistance at first startup since it's a battery-operated machine... I recommend it.
It arrived right away! I found it loaded and not yet turned on, it made coffee right away. Forget the taste of espresso coffee, it seems like coffee made with a moka pot, and as a moka pot it performs well. As for weight and dimensions, I remember a vintage telephoto lens. Very elegant aesthetically speaking and efficient in its functions. I recommend the seller 👍
Very good! It works great, I tested it with Nespresso pods and ground coffee. Great cost-benefit ratio, managed to get 4 extractions with 1 charge, water temperature at room level, haven't tested the autonomy without heating yet.
Fully compliant with the description. Just add 30 ml of cold water and it heats up in a few minutes.

fantastic. I can get 3 cups of espresso from a full charge. heating takes approximately 2 minutes per cup.
When folded, it's smaller than a laptop and doesn't take up much space in the trunk. Turning it on and cleaning for 10 minutes makes it clean. USB charging allows you to plug in an auxiliary battery, and if you use it all evening, it charges overnight so you can go outside comfortably.

It's perfect, it can make 3-4 coffees from cold water with one charge. A great choice for traveling.

The espresso machine works very well except that you have to wait 5 minutes for a coffee.
Excellent product, you can make large Dolce Gusto capsules, small ones like Nespresso, or put ground coffee in. Know that the maximum water capacity to fill is 60ml. It can heat water, which the battery can handle to heat cold water about twice, or you can put it already hot and let it dispense water (this way the battery can last much longer). Comes with everything in the photo and with a USB C charger. Good purchase.
