How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I bought this coffee machine for picnics or even to take with me abroad. It is compact, very convenient, you can make coffee from non-espresso capsules, larger capsules, or add ground coffee. Makes coffee quickly and the aroma is very lasting. I really like this item, I recommend it.
My order has arrived and it is made of durable material, just as described. It brings some energy and I just need to test its functionality.
Works well with Nespresso capsules. The coffee extraction is good hot, although it's not like in a coffee maker.

Excellent... Super coffee
Pleasantly surprised, the product is reliable. . tested with the three extraction methods, overall the Nespresso capsules are correct, ground coffee is more delicate to obtain the coffee, it requires a bit of experience, less pronounced in taste but more challenging for cleaning. . . Three coffees in heat mode, however, charging takes several hours. . . I don't regret it, for work or camping it will do the trick. . .
I didn't think it would heat the water to the indicated temperature. but he did it without any issues. I have used it only with ground coffee (without capsules) and it has worked perfectly.
Excellent coffee, tried both with Nespresso and Nescafé capsules! I haven't tried with powder, with cold water I reached 6 cups with one charge, with hot water I made 8 and the battery was always green! Using the 30ml mark makes the cffa better, heats up faster, and consumes less battery.

Fast shipping, well packaged, I have tried the coffee maker with ground coffee, and it's perfect, good pressure, the coffee is only for one person obviously, it has water capacity for one cup of coffee, it's worth it for the price, it saves you trouble when traveling, if you bring capsules, it accepts Nespresso and Dolce Gusto.

It works very well. I thought the water tank was a bit larger, it's 60ml. Putting cold water takes 3/4 minutes to heat up. The coffee comes out very hot and with a lot of foam. I didn't take a photo, but I will update with a photo.
This is my second order of this product. Everything is as described, works with big and small capsules, and ground coffee. Great for fishermen and outdoor people. I get 3-4 warm cups of coffee from cold water with one charge, and each heating of water for 1 cup takes about 5 mins.

It arrived super fast in Chile. I've been using it for a couple of days and it's perfect. Makes 60 ml espressos. Highly recommended.
If you add cold water, it will wait for about 5 minutes and then start brewing. If you add hot water, it will start brewing immediately. Dolce Gusto and Nespresso coffee pods are all compatible. It tastes the same as when it's picked from the machine. I used it while camping and highly recommend it. This is the item. Good.
The quality of the product looks quite good, it heats the water to a very high temperature, ideal for espresso. DO NOT put milk in the liquid container (ALWAYS USE WATER FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION) to avoid damaging the device. Do not wet the device with water to clean it, but you can wash its accessories with water and soap without any problem. To clean the device, I recommend putting water in the compartment and waiting for it to heat up so that the water comes out and cleans the device as best as possible.
Surprised in a positive way. I bought it and it seems to be of good quality. It dispenses the coffee either with cold water (you need to wait 3 minutes and then it dispenses automatically) or you can put hot water. Don't put too much water otherwise the spout won't work. It works great with powdered coffee but still made a good coffee with Nespresso capsules (obviously not expecting barista-level coffee) but definitely very useful to carry with you.
Fantastic, the same item already exists on other platforms, but it costs 3 times more, it's ideal for those traveling by car, it has coffee. ☕️ always with me, easy instructions.
