How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
A good lamp for reading. Battery-powered. There are several light temperature modes. A bit larger than expected, but I am satisfied with the product. I recommend it.
Excellent lamp, my favorite! It charges from a laptop, has 2 lighting modes, works great, just need to press the power button a bit harder. I recommend it! Although there was a "One Price" promotion, there was a 2-week delay - it took about 40 days to arrive in St. Petersburg, with 2 weeks at Russian customs.
I chose this model because it runs on AAA batteries (or rechargeable accumulators), so it can be used without interruption. Good value for money. Received quickly in about ten days in France.
Cool gadget, arrived quickly, in good condition, quite convenient, the light isn't too bright, but it's more than enough for reading. I hadn't fully checked yet and it turns out that the lamp is battery-powered, so that's what you mean. Overall, a great purchase that fully fulfills its functions; a must-have for book lovers, I recommend it.
It's exactly the quality I expected, I'm satisfied. The way it's attached to the back cover of the book with a clip means the cover needs to be thick, which makes it good for reading secretly.

Everything is as described. It has several brightness and lighting color modes. It was well packaged and arrived in Ukraine in two weeks. I recommend it.

I love it. Now I can read at night. It's small and useful. It has 3 types of light: white, yellow, and one that combines both, which is my favorite for reading. Also, if you keep your finger pressed on the button, you can adjust the intensity of the light. The hook is useful for holding the book, although sometimes it slips a bit. But it's not a big problem.
It works
The clamp seems a bit small and weak, but it's smaller and lighter than I expected. It's no problem for reading a book at night with the light off. This is a product you can't find at this price!

Loveeeee yay now i can read in the dark
It shines very well, as you can see in my photo, it illuminates so much that you can see all the dirt on my daughter's tablet. It has 3 settings: white light, yellow light, and white and yellow light at the same time. When you charge it, the base lights up red, and when it turns off, it's ready to be charged. Very cool.
Very satisfied. All three light modes are quite bright. The neck of the lamp is adjustable but doesn’t fall. The clip can clamp on to a decent amount of pages plus a hardcover. I will be leaving it on and timing it to see how long the light can last before it needs to be recharged by the usb again. All 3 pictures depict each light mode from starting order. The instructions have cautioned to replenish the charge every 3 months so it doesn’t deplete the life of the battery when not in use for long periods of time. I will be using it as a night light too
Great lamp, very convenient, nice light, and has brightness adjustment. A big plus is that it's rechargeable and lasts a long time.
Great product, it charges with a cable, has 3 types of light (warm, cold, mixed), attaches comfortably to the book cover and you can read without any obstruction. It's not tiny, but for reading in bed it was exactly what I was looking for. The light works well and doesn't disturb my partner.

Fast shipping and delivery. The lamp is not bad, small, and the light it emits is not very bright, just right for reading a book in the dark. There are three lighting modes - 2 white diodes light up, 2 yellow diodes light up, and all 4 diodes light up together. For its price, it's a good product. I recommend buying it.
