How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It arrived very quickly, great quality, has 3 light options. It will be my ally for the many reading sessions I will have.
Good so far
Excellent! It's simply a must-have, the perfect thing, even though i still don't understand the reason for such a price tag. Be sure to get one if you love reading. And under no circumstances should you buy the battery-powered version- the batteries run out incredibly quickly, unlike the rechargeable battery, which can be plugged directly into a power outlet if necessary.
Good Quality
A very cool night light or for reading. The materials are great. It doesn't smell like cheap plastic. Batteries are not included!!!!! The only downside is that the clip is without any rubber and will slip on the book or whatever you're holding it for. But it holds firmly even with quite a lot of pages.
I love it, my daughter uses it every day, although I would have preferred it to be rechargeable via USB instead of using Triple A batteries. But it's super practical, my daughter is very happy.
I received it in perfect condition, I like it because it has two lights, intense and soft, perfect for my crafts.

A wonderful lamp, works on batteries. It has 3 light modes: cold, warm and medium. At first I ordered it as a gift, but now I'm getting one for myself. It took about 2 weeks. An ideal item during power outages, I recommend it <3

AAA batteries not included. With each click, first a white light turns on, then a warm light, and finally both together. Satisfied with the purchase.
Small and nice. The neck length is about 11cm. The neck is slightly soft, not too rigidly bent or flowing down without effort. It can hold about 40g. If you press the back of the head, you can change the lamp in three steps. There is a protrusion on the side that holds it with a clip, preventing it from slipping out when held with a tong. The light brightness is sufficient to cover a small book, and it has a dimmer feature. By pressing and holding the power button at the back, you can adjust the brightness.
I loved the size suitable for the book and it doesn't have any defects or dents. I tried it and it works without any issues.
