How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Very good quality, fast shipping
10 days from order to delivery, very good service. Arrived undamaged. Find these particular ones are ideal for whipping up frothy coffee's Battery lasts well and even the slow speed is plenty grunty enough. Way better than those wheezy aa battery powered ones. My original ones had a micro usb charging port, these have a usb c port which is easier to use. Recommended.
Looks good and working nice. it has more options
This frother surprised me in a good way. It's hefty and feels well made, is plenty strong even for mixing eggs. Tree speeds are really useful as well as the three mixing heads. They fit firmly but are easily replaced. The integrated battery is awesome, usb c charging is much simpler than looking for aa batteries. Also i haven't charged it yet and after two weeks of daily use it still runs strong. Definitely recommended.
Very cool quality, came in a box as shown in the photo, everything works, there are 3 attachments for different purposes, a charging stand, the option to charge without the stand, a high-quality cord included, 3 speed modes.

Had a micro usb version before, this one is type-c, powerful enough, convenient. The only problem that i didn't find spare hook attachment anywhere, i'd probably order a few more 😅
The best blender I've ever had, it also comes with 3 accessories and a charging stand. If you use it for a coffee latte, add a spoonful of powdered milk and it becomes even more frothy, while still maintaining the foam for a longer time. I'm going to order 2 more to give as gifts.
This is the second blender I've bought, I really like it for preparing drinks in a glass. It works great and this new blender now comes with USB C, which I found to be an excellent improvement. I highly recommend it.

An excellent milk frother that makes good, thick foam. This is my second frother. The first one was the same model but with a micro USB charger, while this one has a Type-C charger. The first one worked for over a year but broke due to water damage. I'm very satisfied with the quality.

Awesome milk frother. Even the 1st speed is something special. My milk was flying in different directions. Before this, I was using one from Aurora. The foam becomes just like shaving foam. I definitely recommend it.
This is the best mini mixer on ali. I have one from two years ago and today 2/2026 it still runs great and it's used every day for coffee. Bought another one as it's so great, sturdy and reliable.

Got it for a white elephant present not for sure how it worked didn’t open it, but she was very happy with it when she seen it.
It's more perfect than expected. The speed can be adjusted to three levels, allowing you to choose according to the ingredients you want to mix. When turned at the highest speed, it's strong enough to create a vortex. It's been a while since I bought a truly useful product from Ali.
