How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
A good product for sporadic use, it comes with its cable and necessary adapters.

Very nice, solid looking espresso machine, this is the second one i bought for a friend. Coffee tastes great. So far i have only tried regular coffee, neapresso and dolce gusto will follow, which will make the machine really portable. I would not want to deal with ground coffee on the road. 100% worth it..'

Nice machine, works properly whether heating or with hot water. On the other hand, please note that the received model is not the most suitable one; the capacity is only 60 ml, not 70 ml, and the box indicates the old model. Too bad that the tank is so small because in the end we really get too little coffee.
It takes a while to heat up but makes good coffee. Very portable indeed.

Superior item it is as described, quick delivery. It makes multiple coffee if you use hot water - otherwise 1 coffee garanteed. Charging time is about 2 hours. Amazing item.
The item arrived well packed. The plastics and everything appears to be of good quality. The item is easy to operate. The capacity is 80 ml. The coffee machine works with both types of capsules and ground coffee. The results are pretty acceptable considering the fact that this is a portable machine. With one full charge of the battery you can make about 3-4 cups of hot coffee (depending on the quantity and temperature of the water) and about 15 cups of cold coffee. If you use preheated water you can make as many coffees as you can make with cold water. The machine is good for frequent travelers who have specific taste for coffee.
Really great, I didn't think I could have good coffee everywhere I went. It has 3 solutions: ground coffee, small capsule coffee, and large capsule coffee.

It arrived well packaged... I already have version 1 of this model, in this version 2 there is a display with temperature and battery charge, plus an additional 20ml capacity which helps a lot when using Nespresso and Dolce Gusto capsules. I leave mine inside the motorcycle, nothing better than a hot coffee anytime and anywhere we want.
Works as expected, heating the water does take around 5 minutes as the manual says, the only negative thing is that it seems to have something tiny and loose when i move it up and down, other than that it works great, it came fully charged and it has everything for coffee grounds but also capsule use. I tried with ground coffee and worked almost as good as my espresso machine, it's not perfect but comes close especially the on the go which makes it amazing. I need to try with capsules and see how it performs!
Excellent product, this is already my second purchase. The battery life is short, lasting at most for 2 coffees, but it's more than sufficient.
Tried everything, working fine. The coffee dispensed is very hot, it takes at least 5/6 minutes to heat water then it starts automatically. Remember to put water in the container, prepares 2 short coffees with a full container of water. Satisfied and highly recommend it. Very portable for car, home, office. Works with Dolce Gusto pods, Nespresso and ground coffee.

The best: USB rechargeable, allows you to have quality coffee anywhere, quality materials, 3 in 1 (ground coffee, Nespresso, and Dolce Gusto). Aesthetic. The least: the warm-up time. Conclusion: Excellent product for coffee anywhere and anytime.
This is a great espresso coffee maker. The only reason for the 4 stars (rather than 5) is that the water capacity is small. Also, make sure to get high quality coffee capsules.
Very good, multi capsules. But ATTENTION, it makes "little expressos". So you need to add water 2 or 3 times if you want a strong coffee. But it works very well. It heats the water by itself! You just need to double-click the button and wait for 1 or 2 minutes for the water to reach the right temperature, then it flows on its own and stops on its own. Add more water again, start over with the same capsule, for a long coffee! The quality is SUPERB. Ground coffee, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto! In the construction truck, it's great.
