How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The ring part is good and the battery lasts a long time. There is a delay, but it's okay. The monitor runs out of power quickly, so you can take it briefly into the garden, but then you have to plug it back in. Additionally, only one monitor can be paired with the doorbell. 2 monitors would be better.

The LCD monitor's battery doesn't hold a charge; it needs to be connected to a constant power supply. The distance between the remote control and the screen can penetrate through three concrete walls, which is very satisfying. I recommend it; the camera works in the dark, but the quality is so-so...
The item arrived very quickly and seems to be of good quality. I tried to install it at 60 meters away with a wall in between, and it seems to work, although with a delay. It's a shame that the external doorbell cannot be powered by the mains.

Actually, I bought the same product from a domestic store last year and have been using it. This is the second one. Recently, low-priced models often use Wi-Fi to connect to the internet, but this product uses a wireless connection between the included indoor unit (display) and the outdoor unit, making it ideal for use in places where internet connection is not available, which is why I purchased it. It's easy to use: first, long-press the button on the display side until the pairing screen appears, then long-press the call button on the outdoor unit to complete the pairing. Both the indoor unit and outdoor unit are rechargeable. The outdoor unit lasts about six months, but the indoor unit runs out of power quickly, so it's usually necessary to keep it connected to a power source with a USB-C cable. The confusing part is the button operation method; the two buttons on the left are used for navigating through the menu. The second button from the right is the "Back" button, and the far right button is the "Select" button. Since it supports multiple languages, you need to go to the settings screen and select the language you want to use. The image quality is lower compared to recent models, but I think it's sufficient for a doorbell camera. The outdoor unit is fixed in place using the included bracket with wood screws or double-sided tape, and the main unit is then inserted into that position. Many products in this price range do not have waterproof features, but the fact that this one is waterproof is an advantage. You will need to prepare the power adapter and memory card separately.
