Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

When I received it, I was somewhat disappointed with the size. I probably didn't use it for a week. Finally decided to check it out. I really liked it; despite being compact, it works perfectly, has great power, and cleans excellently. I washed the kitchen and the shower room, and there was still water left in the container. I recommend both the product and the seller to everyone.
I bought it for 25,000 won with a discount, and it's a perfect product for that price. I bought it because I was stressed about cleaning tile grout, and I'm very satisfied with it. Just a note, the steam is only warm, not hot enough to cause burns unless you're about 10cm in front of the head. So, if you want to use it for large areas or need high performance, you'll have to spend more money and buy something else. This one is great when you replace the head with a long rod and spray it almost directly on the grout, but it comes off right away!!
The steam noise is quite loud, but it's good value for money! I bought it to clean the air conditioner!

The performance-to-price ratio is excellent. The steam comes out within a minute, so it will be very helpful when cleaning gas stove grates or range hoods. If there is a downside There is no switch on the handle of the steam gun, so water sprays out when the power is turned on. You need to adjust it with the level switch. And maybe because I tried it for a short while, the steam isn't as hot as I expected. Still, it's really useful for the price.

It's better than I thought. I was wondering if there was a way to turn off just the steam without turning off the power, and I found that turning the knob to 0 does the trick. At first I was worried that it might come broken, but it wasn't broken. When I tested it, water leaked, so I checked and found that the sealing rubber was chewed up. After reassembling and loosening the screws, it no longer leaked. It would have been better if the hose was detachable, but since there are no leaks, I bought a bag and plan to use it by attaching wheels to the bottom so I can move it around. I guess I can just stick four of them together. I'm going to try sticking the ones in the picture together that I used to roll around the house.
The shipping was fast and it's small but it removes fat effectively.

Works great!! Cleans excellently. I was pleasantly surprised! In less than a minute it heats up and starts working.
Overall good product. Puts out a tonne of steam. I would be careful with the size...it's very small (looks bigger on the pictures) i also found the brush wore out really quickly.
