Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

A product that gets many testimonials and it's impressive regarding efficiency. You need to learn how to clean with steam in general. In my opinion, it's okay. The brush doesn't last because of the heat of the steam.

The humidifier is excellent!!!! With the help of the chat G.P.T. I understood what each brush is used for. I cleaned the blinds especially the crevices between the steps and it came out perfect! You need to pass a rag or paper towel afterwards so that no traces of steam remain, but it removed all the hard dirt. The device is good as a solution mainly in high-rise buildings, where cleaning will not dirty the windows of the floor below ( Full value for the small money I paid for it. The container is a little small, enough for cleaning a large window shutter, but it's nonsense because you fill the container with a squirt. If I helped, please like.

Great device, water boils and pressure is strong, suitable for home use. Removes dirt and stains especially in all corners and windows well steams and clean only went over with newspaper after washing and shines.
Great product I bought to clean a rifle that will be yellow in the bathtub and wow it removed what cleaning agents don't remove I recommend it.
If you buy it at a discounted price, it's a great deal. The downside is that the hose cannot be detached, so it's a bit bulky when storing.

Very cute, heats up quickly but the handle stays cool which is important. Didn't work for me like in the video, hope that's clear to everyone.. but yes, it removed dirt from all kinds of corners that I can't reach. Haven't tried everything yet but in my opinion it's worth the price.
The product by itself is good and durable. Consider using distilled water only, to make the product hold longer. Besides that, it's doing a great job in cleaning.

It seems to work great. I tried it on the sofa and made half a sofa. You can see the teeth. I hope it will last and clean more things without breaking quickly. Worth it for the price.
I haven't used it yet, but looking at the design, it seems useful if it produces steam well. The size isn't too big, which is nice, and I bought it for washing my bike. I use a 500 won coin under Hangsin-daegyo bridge for steam washing, but the time is short, so it's always around 1,000 won worth, but it's still not enough. It would be great if this part could be resolved. It's winter, so my bike is clean and hasn't been washed yet. I'll post again after using it for a month.
One of the good things I ordered has good power, cleans well, and works excellently, really worth it.
