It came well packaged with 220v. Steam comes out well. I saw it moving when there's oil, but the user's technique seems important for more effective use.

The product is as described, clearly it is as seen in the images and the product description. I am trying it right now cleaning my home's air conditioner and apparently it works correctly. There is only one nozzle that doesn't convince me at all, and that is the elongated one; the steam doesn't come out with that much force, but the other short ones and with a brush work perfectly.

Unfortunately i ordered wrong, not the european outlet i need. So i ordered a seperate outlet to fix that. I have not experienced the actual service of this product but i am looking forward to using it. It is very sturdy and compact!
