How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The delivery person left to deliver on one day and arrived on another, and it even came with a crushed box. Be careful with the product. Regarding the product, it is as described, good audio quality.
The microphone arrived well before the deadline in this packaging from the second photo, and it was wrapped in bubble wrap for box protection. Everything arrived perfectly, I've already tested and used it in my live stream. The microphone is simply sensational... I used to use the Havit 2002d for live streams, but I decided to switch to this microphone. Assembly was also quite easy. Congratulations to the seller for shipping the product so quickly and congratulations also to the delivery service. Product purchased on Monday, 08/12/25, and arrived at my home on Thursday, 11/12/25.
Great mic and sound
Great quality for the price. The arm was easy to set up and adjust, and feels pretty sturdy. Sounds good to me. The led light randomly flashes when connected to the pc, even if the light and the pc are turned off. This can be very annoying if your pc is in your bedroom. It only happens occasionally, i notice it maybe once every other night. But i wish that it never happened.
It came spectacularly well packaged, no marks on the box, product just a step away from Premium, great quality of materials and long USB cable with the adapter for USB type C. The only downside is that if you use an XLR cable, you'll have to use the USB port to get the RGB LED that's underneath, resulting in two cables. wonderful pickup quality.
The product is very good and if you have seen video reviews about this microphone (including mine), it meets your expectations. However, if you want better quality, you will need a physical or virtual mixer, but even so, on its own, and connected to USB, it sounds perfectly fine.
Very fast shipping, well secured so that nothing would happen to the package. It arrived in excellent condition, as soon as I connected it to the PC and joined a call, my friends were impressed with the audio quality. Highly recommended.

This microphone is amazing! It's very well built, beautiful, and has very interesting functionalities, such as input and output sound amplifier, various color options for the LED, and the option to use headphones, both for listening to yourself and for listening to the PC sound. The adjustable boom arm is great and easy to adjust.

Very high quality sounds really good even on usb mode, however if it’s unplugged/power is off rgb turns on, or resets to default mode
