How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The product is very good, comes well packaged, and the audio is excellent. I just made a mistake because I thought it would come with both the arm stand and the desk stand. But it was my mistake, I didn't know it was a version with a desk stand; I thought it was something extra. Other than that, everything went well. It arrived quickly, plugged it into the machine and it worked 100%. Before, I had a BM-800 but needed Phantom Power for it to work; this one has great sound quality and connects via USB-C or regular USB, which is fantastic.
An extremely high-quality product, it's already a favorite among everyone. No need for many reviews, just buy it. If you want to chat with people on Discord, meet up, stream, or make videos, it's the best cost-effective microphone on the market.

Excellent material quality, clean audio, and for those who have doubts about the volume, it's excellent. In my case, I had to turn it down low and adjust it through Windows. The stand fits well, just needs to be adjusted on the desk. Nothing to complain about so far, it arrived on time in 7 days.
Very good microphone! It just DOES NOT come with that stationary desktop base in the box if you also want to choose the option without the arm and have both! It comes with only the microphone, a long Type-C cable with an adapter at the end for USB, and the articulated arm! Having said all that, it's wonderful! Amazing sound!

The audio quality is sensational, the microphone is well-built and easy to set up (works on Windows and Linux). The boom arm is simpler but sufficient to support the weight of the microphone.
The microphone is spectacular, really amazing. I tested it and put an equalizer and Voicemeeter on my PC, and the microphone with the equalizer on the PC and the Voicemeeter is a combination that makes the mic sound like those worth 1000 reais. I highly recommend it, it's a great value for the money.

The fifine am8t is honestly one of the cleanest microphones in its price range. the sound quality is crisp, clear, and surprisingly professional whether you're gaming, streaming, recording vocals, or chatting on discord. the rgb lighting gives it a premium setup vibe, and the usb/xlr support makes it perfect for both beginners and people upgrading their setup. super easy to use, solid build quality, and the voice isolation is impressive for the price. definitely a mic that looks good and performs even better.

This item's quality is very good my friends on discord and in games can hear me very well and clear. the box was packed nicely with everything in it. only thing to note is that this is a plug and play mic, meaning that the fifine app doesn't support this mic model at least not yet, do you cant really change too much settings in this mic besides just manually tuning up the gain on the mic itself. for people that don't care about using a software this is a great mic and i recommend it.
Very good microphone, the articulating arm works perfectly, the cable for connecting the microphone is quite sturdy, and it's easy to handle, super practical to install in your setup.

It's an excellent microphone, with insane audio quality for a price range of 250-300 reais. If you can get it for less than that, it's really worth it. The articulating arm that comes with it is good, but in my case it was a little short and I couldn't position it as I wanted, but it's still very good. I would recommend it 100% to anyone who wants to do a live stream or have better audio quality. I just found that by default it picks up a little too much noise from my setup, like my fingers tapping on the table, typing on the keyboard, or even touching it, but it's possible to use AMD and NVIDIA software to do AI noise suppression, making these noises less noticeable. Additionally, apps like Discord are great. And OBS also has noise suppression options, so there are noise suppression alternatives for all situations.
Excellent product, worked perfectly. I only recommend it to those who don't like using it on their arm; then you'll have to buy a desktop stand. I would recommend buying the one with a desktop stand and a more adjustable arm, so you get the best of both worlds.

The most cost-effective microphone that exists, I have nothing to complain about, just one observation: when I turn off its LED light, it sometimes flashes in one color and then turns off the light again. It doesn't interfere with anything, I believe I'm not the only one who has this issue.
