How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Exactly what i ordered, works great!
It's the most affordable synthesizer of the moment. An FM synth at this price is almost impossible to achieve. The build quality is good, the performance is amazing, it's even battery-powered, what more could you want? Super fast delivery.
The item is wonderful, communication seems to have been delayed a bit. delivery service is speedy and highly recommended. however, this is the second item i purchase using aliexpress (different seller though) first time, delivery operator actually knocked the door and package was received in hand. second time, the package was left unattended at the door. i'm just wondering what should be expected from now on ! i'm concerned about leaving valuable packages unattended at the door. is there an option to select specific delivery times to avoid theft or the other ?!

This synth has so much value for the money it costs. do you want a pocket-sized dx7 with bonus effects and all the connectivity that can fit in such a small box? if so, buy this now. one can critique some aspects of the tactility; the rotary encoders are functional but hardly luxurious and all the buttons are mushy conductive membranes but it doesn’t matter because a) the interface is amazingly efficient and intuitive and b) it is so easy to use another device for input, including your phone with wireless midi!
Excellent product, worth the price! The black color is unusable, you can't read anything on the keys.

It's so deceptively small out of the box. the speaker is better than i thought and really surprised with the response of the soft keys. i basically wanted to get this more of a noodle-y type of synth and mostly wireless midi travel keyboard which i'm already satisfied with. fantastic!
Great fun and very well made
Fast delivery for fun times. the synth is awesome and easy to use with over a hundred sounds to choose from. makes setting up a breeze for swift jams. kiddo loves it, too. pretty light, plastic feeling, but the functionality is great. great for home use.

The seller was fantastic and quick. i am very satisfied with the order - product is a great value and i have already recorded with it (reverb helps)> it is not going to sound exactly like a dx7 but it does have all the parameters and you can learn. the onboard effects are reasonable too. it is really good for the money.

Fantastic little instrument. i found the programming easier than my microkorg. it sounds really good for the price. on a side note, the american delivery side of things is awful! please either fix or drop uniuni. i've only gotten 1 out of 4 packages. they can't find my place even though the big 3 map apps can. thankfully this is the one they could actually deliver!
Just get it!!! portable, easy to use, can load many more sounds. this thing is awesome!!!
It’s cool if you understand what you are buying. lots of sub menus. i would recommend using a pc app to teak presets it’s very hard to do so on the unit. also the sequencer is very limited
It's such a cool little thing. it's between a toy and a real instrument and that makes it fun and easy to approach, but with a lot of capabilities that will help learn how more substantial synths work. at this price it's a no brainer. i hope they figure out a way to make the sequencer 32 steps, or to have a repeat option in the chain, so you could really jam with it without a computer.
