How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The box was damaged, but the device is fine and sounds amazing. I really fell in love with it. There is a problem: it is not specified which midi type is needed, a or b. This created a problem for me because i cannot connect it to a regular midi keyboard; i used the keyboard of my synthesizer. Next time i will buy the orange :)
It's interesting.
Everything as described, fast and well-tracked shipping, the item is very practical for its size, easy to use thanks to the illuminated buttons with labels that light up when pressed, the display is easy to read and shows all the necessary information in both play and edit modes, faithful FM sounds and the ability to modify them. In short, an excellent purchase.

I thought that just the reset sound was enough.
The synthesizer does not output sound through the built in speaker. i received a full refund without returning the product.

Arrived quickly in simple packaging, the packaging box shows signs of transport damage but the contents are in excellent condition. I tested the synthesizer without looking at the manual and its operation is simple, the sub-menus are easy to access. The sound is nice and easy to shape. It's worth the money. The manual is in French, minimalist like this small pocket-sized synthesizer. I haven't paired it with software or multi-effects yet.

I’m impressed with this little synth. for this price category it really punches above its weight. the interface is pretty easy. it would be great if it were a little more real-time performance friendly but overall i think this little guy is a powerhouse in a very reasonably priced package. build quality is very good. preset sounds are quite nice. want to get creative at the coffee shop? add this 👍🏼
Beautiful FM synthesizer, amazing product
Super interesting little synth. this is an fm synth, like the legendary yamaha dx7. this is much easier to edit, however. four knobs change function depending on the screen. speaking of the screen…. it’s very nice to have and plenty bright. the built in fx are a nice bonus. i need to hook it up to my midi setup, but i have been enjoying the built in speaker. for less than $70 this is an obvious synth to recommend. didn’t even mention the size! it’s barely bigger than a power bank!
For $50 (after coupon), i really can’t complain. this thing is super portable and the build quality is not bad at all, even better than i expected. it has rechargeable battery, which is awesome, although i haven’t really tested how long it lasts yet. there is a built in speaker, and i gotta say, it is surprisingly usable for just messing around on the couch. can you get an fm synth app on your phone for less?? of course. but if you enjoy twisting knobs and love hardware synths, i think it’s worth it for sure. it also has an arpeggiator, sequencer, and 6 effects. they are all pretty bare bones (the sequencer especially), but i wouldn’t expect a device at this price to even have all those features.
I can't believe you can get DX sound at this price and in such a compact form factor. It looks like it'll be a lot of fun to play with.

I’m sorry, but the m-vave fm-1 was poorly boxed with nothing to protect the top controls. the package was shipped in a mailing bag with no protection. the box really suffered some pretty bad damage to the point where knobs punctured the white bag inside the box, and the corners and edges of the box was smashed in. luckily the synth appears to been unscathed by the poor shipping materials. at least pad the box with foam plastic wrapping to prevent damage.

Very good deal, would be nice if it had more than 16 steps sequencer, but same as a volca at half the price is totally fair :)
I was worried about damage because the box was dented, but it was delivered in good condition. The sound is good and each key works without any issues. It has the advantage of being able to be placed on a desk and operated simply, as it has a built-in battery and speaker. There are so many menus that I need to do some studying.
