How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
My first synth and i have zero regrets. this thing is so compact, has a quality sound engine, and has so much punch for the price. i'm blown away.

Legit seller, device came in perfect working condition. recent update (v15) even enables sequence chaining and glide. very capable fm synthesizer that fits in your pocket. the keyboard is surprisingly usable for playing. can have midi over usb, bluetooth and 5-pin
Incredibly fun and good sounding for what it cost. developers seems pretty responsive too and are keep releasing substantial firmware updates, making it worth for any musician and sound enthusiast that’s into music production. the keyboard is gummy but more usable than the ones on volcas and even the internal speaker isn’t bad compared to other portable devices. overall it’s a tiny great device.

Best synth to get started on synthesis. high quality materials and very portable for creative sessions. i have installed the new firmware update easily from the manufacturer website and added the original yamaha dx7 patches using dexed
It's really fun, has a lot of functions and presets. Clearly the keyboard is small, but with an external one it works great.
This little thing has a learning curve and yet feels fun to play with. it has impressive capabilities, for sure!
The sound quality is good when connected from the audio output terminal. It's cost-effective, so you won't regret buying it even if you don't think about how to use it. It seems a bit difficult to master, but I'll give it a try.

The synth is compact and the materials are of good quality. The mini speaker works well and, for the price it's being sold at, it's unbeatable.
Just made simple test, internal speaker better than expected, fm synthesis as expected (dexed like). also a bit expected is not being stereo, even when we use reverb and delay
Good product
If you try to use it as an input device, it requires a lot of effort... and I'm not sure if it will work well. The basic idea is to use input to synchronize with output equipment, but that's a bit disappointing... It's a bit of a letdown... It feels like they've packed in a lot of features at a low price.

The product itself is really interesting. Have it for 2 days only, still a lot to explore, but i can tell already that it has a lot of resources that can make it a really useful tool. A bit on the small side, for someone with big fingers like me, it must not be the most comfortable solution. Even tough, the pad is surprisingly good and sensitive, doesn't feel cheap, and doesn't fail. If your looking for something to be your one and only device, i don't think this one is for you, once it doesn't have a looper, a drumkit, and that you can only play one instrument at time. But if your intention is to pair it to another device, cellphone sampler/looper, or even a daw by using it's midi function, i would say that this can be a really fun and handy alternative.

M‑vave sk15 fm‑1 Love how extremely portable it is built-in speaker etc. The m‑vave sk15 fm‑1 is an outstanding little synth. I’m using it together with the m‑wave 37 pro and the lost tempo v2, and annblack box effects processor the four units form a surprisingly powerful and inspiring compact setup. The fm‑1 adds a completely different flavour to the workflow — sharp, expressive tones that sit perfectly alongside the other two devices. Build quality is solid, the interface is straightforward, and it’s incredibly fun to design sounds that immediately slot into the songs i’m building with this trio. For the price, the fm‑1 delivers way more than expected. A fantastic addition to my hardware rig. Very happy with it!! ! 💕
