How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenāt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says āno information available at the momentā.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinĀ 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youāve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The vacuum cleaner works very well. It handles tiles, panels, and carpets well. The only downside is the battery, which runs out quickly. Overall, I recommend it.
I've had it for a year now, I bought it for my mom and it's amazing. It can go anywhere, it's handy, lightweight, maneuverable, precise, and reaches the edges. It's really worth every penny.
I spent a long time choosing between different options for the most powerful handheld vacuum cleaners; Abir promised to deliver within a week, but the delivery time was long. So far, I'm satisfied. The batteries cost 2200, are 18650 format and can be replaced over time. It also vacuums carpets with short pile well. There are some issues with thin materials; they get caught on the brush and jam, but it's not a major problem.
I received the vacuum cleaner today, it arrived with 55% charge, now I've put it on charge. I tried it for a short time but the quality seems really excellent. It also vacuums up large pieces. It comes complete with all the accessories. Highly recommended!

I've been using it for some time now and highly recommend it. It's very light and easy to handle; even my 8-year-old can manage it well. With one charge, I can vacuum my 80-meter apartment twice, so what more could you ask for? A great product for not much money.
Excellent for sweeping hard floors and even carpets, it sweeps wonderfully. Battery life is very good, about half an hour on medium mode. Not suitable for sweeping large areas but due to the lack of a suitable head and possibly needing more suction power, it's excellent for home use.
For this price, the product is worth it. However, on the highest suction power, the battery lasts only briefly. Just remember to empty the tank and charge the battery, and it will be fine.

I'm amazed how professional is the vacuum. It looks amazing and works without any problems. I have 55 square meters apartment, and i can vacuum the whole surface on one battery capacity at once. It works well with carpets too. The container for dirt has very simple open-close mechanism, changing accessories is also very intuitive; you have to press a button and done. I have been considering this vacuum cleaner for a long time, but I will honestly say that for this price it's really worth it. I managed to buy it for 368 PLN - there will probably be even better promotions, but most importantly, it meets my requirements. The only thing I could add is a battery attachment because in mid/turbo mode the charge level drops very quickly. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and can confidently recommend it to everyone :)
This is the second vacuum cleaner of this type. We had no experience using vacuum cleaners from famous brands. Our first vacuum cleaner was bought on sale at Ashan for 60 euros and it was complete garbage. But this one pleasantly surprised us. We found it to be of very high quality. We are satisfied with its performance. But again, we have never used expensive brand-name vacuum cleaners of this type. I plan to buy a second one for the office.
