How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenβt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinΒ 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youβve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Delivery was fast and the product is in good working condition.
The product arrived safely, and I tried cleaning the window, but it seems like it needs to be cleaned a few times because it's been a while. For now, it's working well without falling off.
It's the most useful thing I bought from Ali. When you connect the power and press the button, it makes a wing sound, and if you stick it to the glass at that moment, it's done. I cleaned all the exterior windows of 33 square meters and it hasn't fallen off once, and the sound is quiet. It's even better if you buy one that sprays water.
I used an existing Xiaomi product for about 3 years, but it broke down. Afterwards, I received the delivery today and am very satisfied with the test run. The noise level is also lower than the previous Xiaomi model. Much less noise and very satisfied with the quality compared to the price; durability is excellent. Excellent robot for windows! Need to know how to use: 1. Immediately wash the rags so that they do not leave lint. 2. Wipe the glass once with a dry cloth while the water supply is on. 3. Change the cloths, spray the glass cleaner three times on the bottom cloth (only on it!). and start again without adding water. The result is perfect!!!! ! Thanks to the seller!

I tested it and it exceeded my expectations. I'm excited to clean the outside windows. The delivery was also fast, arriving in just 3 days.
It's really good. There's a bit of noise, but when you turn the outside window once, it doesn't leave much of a mark. Even if you turn the window just once, it's perfect. The gap cannot fit in, so that part is disappointing. But it's truly an amazing result.

Highly recommended. The part that doesn't touch the corner is due to its structure, but heavily soiled windows can be cleaned adequately by turning it 2-3 times. It's frustrating because I'm cleaning and looking outside!!
It's great for the price. I was struggling because of moving and cleaning windows, but I got a coupon and bought it for around 40,000 won. It's really cost-effective.
The remote control doesn't work from the other side of the window, which is a bit inconvenient, but other than that, I'm satisfied.
