How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Pedal for volume good but not the WHA no possibility to play on the volume, Too loud in WHA position.
It's quite small, so if you have very large feet, this is not your pedal.

It arrived quickly, the box a bit damaged, I haven't tried it yet, but it looks good, of course this one will be like a baby, cry baby hahaha.
The wah makes an unpleasant noise. It's a shame because the wah effect is good, but there's a very unpleasant beep in the background. The volume is perfect.
It's a functioning wah pedal, but because of its small size, it's quite hard to use. For some reason the title says "no power required" but that's wrong, it does need power, it has a buffer in it. So, even in volume mode, you need to supply power, and the buffer might interfere with certain effects that depend on passive behavior. It's a good starter pedal to see if you like wah, but you should get one that's physically bigger if you want more control. I would recommend a passive volume pedal instead if you intend to use it before germanium fuzz.

Great doorbell, I found the volume function not very gradual. More precision is needed, which can be compensated with the way of using it. I had to put a kind of base so that the volume wouldn't drop completely when I turned up the pedal. This way it's better for using swell. I had to put a base on the switch that changes the volume to wha wha because I needed to use a lot of force to activate the switch and change the volume to wha wha. Summing all this up, it's still a great purchase with excellent effect quality and structure. The design is also very beautiful with the LED on. Really a great purchase..
I am truly amazing!!!! Although the frame appears fragile, it is a great pedal. Because it is made of transparent acrylic, it is possible to notice if we accidentally step on it during a song where the Wah Wah effect is not used. Much smaller and lighter than my previous pedal.

It's bad, it doesn't work.
If you want a cheap wah pedal it's great. If you dial it in with other effects it can sound pretty good. The only negative for me is the fact that the button to switch it is pretty hard to engage, could be easier if the button was a couple mm's higher so you can diy that.
