How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Excellent and well-deserved
Excellent for espresso, but the filter is terrible.
It arrived two days ago and I'm still testing it, but it's nice and the grind is consistent. The fines are minimal and it grinds for espresso and V60. Its only drawback is that when you try to turn it, it's a bit heavy.
This is a fantastic grinder, can easily keep up with devices costing double as much. Grind uniformity is impressive. The entire device is sturdy and feels expensive. Very little noise too. Minimal retention, much better than many way more expensive models. Quick shipping - it took four days from order to delivery to austria. I had a question and the seller was absolutely helpful. If you're looking for a fantastic grinder for your espresso, look no further.
It looks like a good product. The method for adjusting the thickness is not explained in a way that reflects reality, so users have to figure it out on their own, but other than that, it's good. In my case, 40 is appropriate for espresso and 130 is appropriate for drip coffee. The adapter cord arrived damaged, but after requesting a replacement, I waited a week and received a new adapter. I received it for the e55, but the specifications are the same, so I'm going to just use it.
Very solid build, nice packaging and slim size. I tested a couple grinds and it's worked great for the price bracket. All in all, very satisfied! Only two notes are: the open style of the grinder means some ground coffee slips out so it requires a bit of cleaning, and that the transformer is attached to the plug so it's a bit bulky.

Excellent grinder that produces wonderfully smooth espresso grinds... as well as the filter.
I received the grinder about a week ago and there was a problem. I contacted support and they were very cooperative and gave me ways to solve the issue, but it didn't work. So I asked them to replace the grinder. They said okay and kept my broken grinder. I recommend the product and dealing with this great company.
I haven't reached the legendary taste of coffee yet except on the day I bought it, and its price is worth every riyal paid 💯💯.
The product is excellent and easy to use, but there is a minor note which is the feeling of static electricity.
The grinding consistency is excellent, but there is difficulty in adjusting the grinder because it wears down after a few turns and the numbers go up to 100.
This coffee grinder is one of the best grinders for its price. Small size - solid build - quiet enough. I tried this grinder for both espresso and pour over method and it gave me a wonderful coffee, not perfect but it was too good that i would prefer doing my own coffee using this grinder . Although, it has just small issues, like sometimes the grinded beans spills a little bit while grinding the beans. The basket for putting the beans before grinding is good enough but for me i wish if it was a little bit bigger. Before using the grinder i suggest that you splash the beans before using the grinder, it gives more consistency for the grinded beans. Overall 8.6/ 10. One the best grinder for its price.

The product is heavy in weight but its grinding is excellent.
The product matches the pictures and I did not encounter any coffee grounds retention, but some coffee beans stick in the hopper and you have to push them with your finger to grind them.
The product is professional and of excellent quality. The shipping was delayed due to China's National Day holiday; otherwise, it would have arrived earlier.
