How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I have used it 3 times and I am liking it. The grinding is very good.
One of the best grinding machines
Excellent product, excellent price for the quality, it is solid, heavy, the grinding is very efficient and even, the grinding range is very wide so it works for any method, including espresso. The only detail is that I had to pay a customs fee of 60,000 CLP to get it out of customs, I don't know if I was unlucky or if it's always like that, but with that and everything else, the grinder is worth it.

Beans constantly get stuck and even air plunger doesn’t help. I have to constantly shake the actual grinder to get it to grind all beans. The grind on the bean is consistent though.
It arrived super fast! Although it came with customs taxes :c, it still ended up being cheaper than on other marketplaces 🫶🏼✨

A very great and practical product, the material is excellent, the performance is outstanding, and its size is appropriate—not too big and doesn't take up much space. The grinding options range from very fine to coarse, meaning it's suitable for grinding Turkish coffee, espresso, and coarse grinding for the V60 with a magnetic bowl that holds the coffee grounds.
It's excellent, the noise is not annoying, it's fast in grinding, and the grinding process is consistent.
Nice piece of kit. Rdt is recommended by the manufacturer, but i don't use it. The grinder performs very well without it.

A device that causes excitement from the moment it's unboxed. I really like it. Compared to the built-in coffee grinder in De'Longhi machines, it's fast and quiet. There's still a lot to learn about it, but the first impressions are top-notch. Make sure not to overpay the customs duty, as the seller indicates a full amount (in my case, it was 224, although it was sold for 217, and with coupons I bought it for 184) - and they charge customs duty based on that. I filed a complaint through Ukrposhta, and they recalculated it to three times lower than the duty. It took 1.5 hours.

Honestly, it arrived quickly in about two days, and after trying it twice or three times over the weekend and using it daily, I noticed results that I didn't see with my previous blender. I highly recommend it; it's small in size but heavy and of high quality.
Its functionality and design are amazing, and the taste of the coffee has improved considerably thanks to its grinding. I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering buying it; I am very satisfied with my purchase.
