Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Excellent stainless steel frying pan
The size is good, and it came with a mini spanner that tightens the handle properly. I connected the handle easily. I also like the pan size and cooking surface; it's a cost-effective product. It's quite heavy for me, but I'll use it occasionally so it's not a problem.
The frying pan is very good, this is the second time I'm buying it, super.
The fur peel was really good. Since it's stainless steel, you have to clean it properly at first to use it with peace of mind. But after cleaning it, I could use it very well. The fried eggs didn't stick and turned out perfectly, so I'm very satisfied. It's a product I really like and will use well. Sell a lot of it!
Excellent product, you can buy without fear. It doesn't stick but since it's stainless steel, you need to heat it up a bit, but with very little oil it doesn't stick at all.

Excellent, very good finishes and aesthetically pleasing (congratulations to the designer of the interior and background). Made with quality steel. The lid is a useful accessory. It's a bit expensive but I recommend it. Cooked 3 fried eggs with olive oil and they didn't stick. Today I cooked rice and it turned out perfect. I will continue evaluating it because my intention is to buy other pans to gift to my family and relatives.
