How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I received the combo, it plays well, has many working presets, the sound is good, there is an app and you can create almost any sound. The processor is slightly different from the one that comes separately; this one has a smaller screen and fewer control buttons. It looks great for the price, the only issue is that the box was slightly dented upon delivery.

Nice little speaker. as others have said, it surprised me how loud it can get. i bought this for a small amp to pair with my donner hush-x and it works well. there is a little buzz when i connect the guitar but it stops when i place my fingers anywhere on the strings. it has a lot of included preset sounds that simulate popular foot pedal functions. it only charges via the included power adapter and not via the usb-c port. it also makes for a good bt speaker for your phone for streaming music. seems of good build quality as well.
The product is of excellent quality, and the seller is honest. I just want to emphasize one thing that is not very clear in the description. The equipment is specific for guitar. It does not work with acoustic guitar, ukulele, and especially not cavaquinho (which is what I need). I hope I have helped.
The boiler is great, delivery was very fast, but the packaging is terrible, the box is just a mess. Thank God the boiler is intact.
This great combination should be in every guitarist's collection. It has many settings through the phone app. The sound is of very high quality! Don't expect strong sound from it, but it has a 3.5mm output, which allows you to connect it to an amplifier and get a strong sound. It's a very convenient device for use at home or in nature. the ability to turn on the drums is simply incredible. The drums are of poor quality, but they are sufficient for timing practice. I am satisfied with the purchase. I recommend both the seller and the product!

Ideal small amplifier for gentle practice. The neighbors will not complain. Not overly soft, but hard enough to play along with backing tracks or simply practice songs. The device has Bluetooth, so you can play songs from your phone and play along. The only downside is that I miss a footswitch to switch from Clean to Overdrive, for example. Just a footswitch that allows you to quickly switch through presets. Using your mobile phone, you can save your favorite settings and adjust the sound to your liking. For example, if you want more or less overdrive, the same goes for Reverb and Delay, etc... Highly recommended.

Very interesting equipment, very compact, very mobile and quite versatile. In my opinion, the subwoofer is too small; it says it's only three inches. I think a larger one, like 4.5", could fit in this enclosure successfully, which would improve the sound quality. The one that in some extreme cases cannot manage to transfer low tones and buzzes a bit on some factory preset settings without distortion or with very slight distortion is the most common on the E6 site, especially the empty one where sounds have the lowest tones. And the sound itself is generally a bit "boxed" compared to the size of the speaker membrane. Other than those very minor imperfections, very cool piece of gear, the sound processor seems to be very good and the preset settings are sensible, sound good, some very closely sounding to famous guitarists and bands. (I found suitable for Gary Moore, Metallica)
