How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The product came within 10 days from po. i really appreciate having 2 functions from one pedal - volume and wah. wah mode is a little bit noisier but not significantly. let me see how well this will work with the band. maybe led light showing mode should be located on more visible space.
The pedal isn't very sensitive, so you need to move the pedal a lot to get the tone to open up, but for the price it's very good.
A pedal that performs its function very well! Small, lightweight, and compact. It needs a 9V center negative power supply to turn it on. The only downside is that when the drive is strong and the wha is on, it makes a strange noise, but I will test it with another power supply.
Very sturdy pedal, very good value for money. The only thing is that the power supply must be the right type to avoid buzzing noises. For the rest, it's okay.

It's a good pedal, but when you activate the pedal, the gain goes up quite a bit, so you have to control the outputs well. It's quite small and honestly well-built. I don't know if there's anything better on the market for this price!

It works very well, although the price might be a bit high for the type of pedal it can produce, since with this pedal you could buy three pedals with more striking and cheaper effects, but for those of us who like this effect and need to practice it, I think it's a good option.

Good quality, good sound and construction. For the price, it's excellent, especially if you want space on your pedalboard.
It works quite well, it's lightweight but also resistant at the same time. The bottom platform is not made of plastic, but of some type of lightweight metal, which provides resistance. The only downside is that the light indicating the mode change is barely visible.
Excellent pedal. And despite being small, it's suitable for those with large feet.

The soniccake volwah came today in excellent condition, it's the perfect size for my pedal board set up and it makes big noise for its size,some wah pedals are so big they need there own area code to make room for them,i also got this pedal at a great price ,thank you ali express.
Simply perfect, there was some noise coming in, but I changed the power supply and used an isolated one. Wow, perfect and clean, very sensitive volume. complete controllability. I am a number 1 fan of Sonicake.
Not only is the volume control excellent, but the Wah Wah sound quality is also great. I bought a second one and am using it both at work and at home.
It works well and has a really good cost-performance ratio.
