How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

What a fantastic machine, it surprised me positively. Good construction, nice finish, compact and very beautiful. I suggest purchasing extra accessories for it. I recommend the product and the seller, fast shipping.
The machine is excellent! I am buying it for the second time because the first time I bought it at the wrong voltage and used it for a year with a transformer until I got a good promotion and decided to buy a new one, at the correct voltage, and sell the other one. Besides being beautiful, it takes up little space, is well-constructed, and everything works very well. This new one even came with two gauges on the pressure gauge at 9 and 12 bar, to help even more in controlling the extraction.
Excellent machine, exceptional finish and great features compared to others in the same price range. Worth it!
So far everything is great! The package arrived in 10 days via FedEx (it would have been even faster if it weren't for the holidays). The coffee turns out well, the steam for frothing milk is strong. The coffee machine is very nice and quite compact. I will update the review after some time.
First time using a manual espresso machine, quality seems to be good for less than 100€. Took just one week to arrive.
Everything perfect!!! It arrived quickly and in great condition. Everything works flawlessly. Plus, it's a bargain, on the original website it costs €170.
I was indecisive between the famous Dlonghi Dedica and this one, I made the best choice. After trying with the same beans and grind for my taste and flavor, this wonderful Hibrew makes a better espresso. I really like that it is customizable both in terms of the extraction temperature and the amount of water per cup.
Excellent item, as an espresso machine to venture into the world of "professional" espresso, it is perfect. Sure, it's not a PRO machine in the strict sense of the word but for the price it offers, I don't think one can expect more. I saw on YouTube a review by a famous British YouTuber who states that in some aspects it is better than the "Original Cousin" that he takes as an example. It comes defined as better both because it has a PID (economical but it's there). 😉 and both regarding the steam lance quite powerful for its price range. If you want to like me in striving to make a "GOOD EXPRESSO" (or at least better than some coffees at the shop downstairs). . add an after market filter holder arm, custom basket, balance lever, and A GOOD GRINDER. . the game is done. . . Good coffee to everyone ☕ ☕ ☕ 💪 .. 😅 👌 ..
Very wonderful, I took the offer for the grinder with the coffee machine.. It arrived quickly and well-packaged.. The performance is excellent and easy to use, and there are many YouTube tutorials to learn about it.. I loved it very much and its price with the offers is amazing.

My first espresso machine! I didn't expect such good quality for this low price. It pulls espresso well and steams wonderfully. I've included an espresso shot in the photos, the others show parts of the machine. Would definitely buy from hibrew again.
This the most successful and satisfying purchase i made this season! I am really amazed with the quality of the coffee and combined with the grinder - pure bliss....
I tried the espresso machine. With the grinder more than four times and so far it has shown that it gives good results whether in grinding or in extraction. The grinder is clear that it is easy to use and gives good smoothness to the espresso. The quality at first seems high but like any device, the question remains over time whether it can withstand long use or whether it can quickly deteriorate. This is something that can only be known with continued experience. The important advice is to take care to clean it regularly and not to press it beyond its capacity so that it lasts longer. What caught my attention is that it gives an extraction close to the professional machine I have, even though its value is 2800, which makes it an option worth trying for those looking for a machine at a lower price but with similar performance. I bought it during the offers and with a Visa discount of 150 riyals, it became 375 riyals including tax and shipping. Honestly, this is a very reasonable price compared to the performance it offers.
I'm very satisfied with the hibrew h10b. The size is just right, compact and easy to place in the kitchen without taking much space. It is simple to use, heats up quickly, and makes a nice espresso. For the price, i think it is a really good deal.
Great little machine, well built, packs a lot of features for a relatively small footprint. The seller is great, responsive and very reliable. Shipping was extremely fast, less than a week with fedex, customs went smoothly and i did not had to pay any additional fees... Overall i am very satisfied with my purchase, the machine warms up quickly, produces great espresso, 13-14g in the regular (the un pressurized basket). Steam is also good for the spec of this machine, takes about 45s to steam 200ml of milk for 1 cappuccino. Cleaning is easy, just need to use soft filtured water to prevent scale build up. Highly recommend and the price is great during sales.
The item is as described, quality is good. I am very satisfied. The only problem for me is that my cups are too high (my cups height is 9cm). I can insert the cup, but when i take it out the coffee spills, because i have to tilt it. But the made coffee and its foam is amazing!
The espresso maschine is very good. It looks very nice and modern. It makes very delicious coffee and espresso for latte. I have used it for 1 week now and all is ok. it is programmable, so i changed the volumes of coffees (70ml and 290 ml) and temperature (95). I did hot water, it is fine. The milk foam i do not because i have very good milk frother. I am very satisfied. The delivery was super fast - 5 days.
