How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The machine has excellent pressure and is easy to use, the PID temperature control is consistent, it has controllable pre-infusion and flow adjustment by time. It is a very complete machine. Unlike others, the platform that heats the cup has excellent heating. I recommend that those who buy it invest in a 51mm tamper, as the one that comes with the machine is poor.
Super fast delivery - 2 days! Packaged very securely, carefully, and with class. Makes really good espresso - I am very satisfied.
Very nice and easy-to-use machine, I personally use coffee pods and can say that the results are excellent. I haven't tried using the steam yet. For now, I can say that it is an excellent product.
The product has arrived within the established deadlines and in perfect condition. Without giving it a better test run and just having installed it, it looks like a surprising product in terms of quality/price. It is very compact and has all the functions that are required for a coffee maker in this range.
Had a basic delonghi for more than 10 years‚ it was time to change it. I chose this one and i have to say the coffee is really good‚ the machine is small and seems of good quality for a very reasonable price and is very easy to use. Will have to see on the long run but for now i recommend it!

Very good espresso maker. Compared to DeLonghi, it's 2x better. Full extraction and real crema at last! You know, a good grinder and freshly ground coffee are half the success. The other half is a good espresso maker, and this one is very good. All necessary parameters can be easily set, we have a pressure indicator and full control over brewing time and temperature. I recommend it - the coffee is better than in a coffee shop.

It arrived very quickly and well packaged. I've tested it for several days and it works phenomenally. I still need to check the issue of ground coffee and others, but otherwise, highly recommended.
The G7 grinder is amazing, its grind is consistent and very excellent for espresso and V60, and the H10B espresso machine is excellent with amazing extraction and features like humidification, temperature control, and steaming are very excellent.

Quality for the price, more than excellent and I highly recommend it. Note that the non-compressed basket that comes with it requires you to buy an open portafilter for it.

I've been using the coffee maker for a few days and it works perfectly. Compact size, all in anti-fingerprint steel. The filter holder is 51mm (cecotec style). The drip tray vibrates quite a bit and makes noise.
If you want to have a good coffee without spending much, this is undoubtedly the best option. If you don't know how to use it, you'll learn; it's easy to set up. It makes very good coffee, a detail that comes with a naked filter speaks to the confidence the brand has in its coffee maker despite the price.
