How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The product is very good at 60 percent humidity; after about forty minutes, liquid appeared in the moisture collection tank. Everything works. There is a night mode. I recommend it!
Great, it works perfectly. The photographs show the water accumulated in 24 hours, which will be approximately 200 ml. I have placed it in a room of about 20 meters and, according to my hygrometer, the humidity was 68% and in 2 days it has dropped to 58%, that is, it has managed to lower the humidity in my room by 10% in just 48 hours. As for the noise, it is very moderate; there is no silence at all, but a moderate sound can be heard that is not bothersome at all. The night function is indeed very quiet, barely noticeable. I am very happy with this product and I hope its performance will be very durable.
Excellent! I had already bought one, it did a good job at first collecting a lot of water, then the humidity in the room decreased. I have bought another one for another room that is cold and humid. I already set it up on the second day and it worked just like the first one, collecting a large amount of water. I recommend the seller, the shipping was fast and it arrived in good condition.
I have bought several that claim to be silent, and this is the only one that delivers. You can change the lights and set them to night mode. It's small in size, but for me it's ideal. It arrived earlier than expected.

tried it as soon as it arrived. consumes around 10W and absorbs moisture just right for its consumption and cost. good for small rooms or enclosed spaces.
Whole, works. After half an hour, water appeared in the container, even though the room was dry. It will definitely handle damp spaces! Honestly, I didn't expect it to work this well.

Nice device ! I had another brand one before and after 4 years it started to do not work . Hope this one will long last much more ! It would be nice if it would have a wifi interface ( esp 8266 or something similar) to connect and turn it on off with your phone remotely.

It’s good, does the job, for a small room it dehumidifies it properly. I activate it during the night and i noticed i sweat less so it’s worth it.
This air dehumidifier seems to do its job correctly. It has rgb lighting and silent night mode without lights. Relative strength so don't expect it too much it takes time to feel something or to drain something from the air.
