How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
For now, just after receiving the package and testing it, I am delighted! Small, handy, easy to use, and does what it's supposed to do. So far, tested only with ground coffee but a 5-star rating! Very fast delivery in 3 days.
Very beautiful aesthetically and practical for using different pods. I tried making coffee in the Oolvere and it works well, but I have to control how much coffee I put in because it came out with a strong taste. The only downside is that the dispensing needs to be stopped manually because it doesn't do it automatically. Anyway, I recommend the purchase.

I have previously used a similar product in my business and purchased it. It produces good foam. I believe it is an effective product for its price range. There is a larger product at Costco that is several times more expensive, but I think this one is better.

I was a bit hesitant when it arrived, looking at the small item, but in the end it's perfect, works great, the coffee is delicious and then you have the option, which is important; which has various types of coffee capsule models, 4/5 types of capsule holders. And in addition, those who prefer ground coffee powder have the option to do this as well. so it's really complete, you can even adjust the water temperature with a touch screen. The price was then reduced compared to the list price, I would say it's a good product, good value for money.
This milk frother is so much better than i expected. It comes with a brush for milk residue-cleaning that is gentle and doesn't cause scratches, the cable is retractable which is absolutely brilliant and saves so much space and there's a plastic top you can slip on if you want an easier pouring of the milk. The frothing options are also great if you want thin froth or thick froth, and there is also an option for cold milk froth. The instructions are easy and it's very satisfying for when you feel like making some home made lavish beverages. I love it. What a great product for a great price!

Excellent product. Stands on the counter on its side, compact and not large. Makes perfect foam.
The goods were delivered quickly. The machine is high-quality and works perfectly. The coffee taste with freshly ground coffee is perfect.
Good foaming. Same as Nespresso. A little slower. Looks very high quality. The only drawback at the moment is that if you have a wide palm, inserting the spring into the handle is cumbersome.
I'm impressed, it takes up no space compared to the nespresso machine, and it does exactly what is described in the description. I am really happy with this purchase. Superb espresso machine! As soon as I received it, I immediately made my first Nespresso and what I didn't imagine was the simplicity with which you can change the adapters; there's nothing to screw or unscrew.
I just received it, the design is magnificent. I haven't done the commissioning yet for enjoying a good coffee, nor have I tried the utensils for the various capsules; we'll see over time.
