How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Really good pedal, very underrated. Honestly, at this price, I think it's literally the best overdrive in the world.
Arrived quickly. Appears sturdily built. Decent klone, especially for the money. This cost me $20 usd. It won’t match some of the klon circuits out there for $200+, but it sounds as good as an ehx soul food which is triple the price. Tone is basically transparent, i used it as a 2nd gain stage after a ts-style overdrive i use as “always on”. This pedal is loud. I mean loud. Even with gain at 9 o’clock, the volume knob has to be dialed almost all the way to zero to not boost the signal significantly. Definitely worth the money!

Excellent, even though it's not possible to compare it with the original which is untraceable, I would say it works very well, and it's very quiet.
Crazyyyy!!! When i purchased it i didn't expect such a good pedal! It is a very creamy smooth overdrive that just adds a little bit of colour to your natural sound and a huge volume! I used it both as a booster or as an overdrive and i like them both.

It does what it says. I dont know if it sounds just like a klon, but it is doing a dang good job with my tone
It's really just a drive pedal - not sure if it uses actual klon circuitry or if its modified, or if i was expecting something magical because of all the stellar reviews on here, but its just a drive pedal that sounds kinda harsh when the tone and drive are dialed up and when you turn down the tone and drive - it's not really warm and full - it's just sort of there. But for 28 euro 💶 I'm pretty impressed with the build quality and the overall sound you can get. If you're just starting out with pedals and guitar in general, this is an excellent value buy. Also if you try to copy john mayer's settings, you won't get the same sound and there is a difference on where the potentiometers produce the exact frequencies you're after.
