How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I'm very excited to try this device and very happy so far. I'll give a top score for communication to get my address entered in chinese, which ensured a smooth delivery. I think this is the best purchase, a fully assembled klon clone at a kit price. The ics are all on sockets, a double sided pcb, rugged case with professional paint job. I do need to find a schematic as i'd like to modify the filter capacitor for electric bass guitar.
A lot of stuff. I confirm what was mentioned in the previous reviews. I recommend using a good quality power supply to avoid annoying hums. The sound is creamy, round, and well-defined. I recommend the purchase and the seller is very kind and professional. I have already bought and will buy from him again.

I've never tried the original klon, but this one sounds amazing! I tried it with a basic fender, an epiphone les paul standard, and a schecter c-1 ht s sls elite evil twin on a marshall dsl40cr. I have not tried it with other pedals, but the tones i got were good enough that i did not want to use other pedals. I hope it will last many years.
Would not turn on when plugged in… so sad
With the Fender Blues Junior, the sound is normally quite loud, but it changes to a bright tone and is amazing. It's a cheap toy, but the effect is fantastic.

I really liked the result on an HH semi-acoustic guitar. It's a very clear drive that significantly attenuates the highs, making the treble knob an essential tool in tonal shaping. It seems to have a built-in noise gate, which is not controllable.
I don't know what a real Klon sounds like but this one does exactly what I need, fattening the sound without making it muddy and on top of that it boosts.
Sounds very, very sweet. Adds what should add, cuts what should cut. Perfect housing. Flawless, but the knobs. A bit too small but easy to change. All at all, its a sonic feast!

Sounds a bit smoother than my rat has a bit of a grungier feel. Absolute bargain for the sound. Definitely not a cheap sounding pedal. Running it through an orange tiny terror with a tiny bit of gain. Sounded especially suited to a single coil strat sound.
very good clone of Klone: scheme and components conform to the original
The original pedal is hard to find for less than €5,000. What is offered here for just a few quid is fantastic. The signal is clearly emphasised and the grey haze around the signal is cleared. I have seen many videos about the original and i am convinced that this pedal hardly differs from the original. The hums are also within reasonable limits, as with other brand overdrives. If you're only looking for a slight boost to the signal, you'll hardly hear any background noise. All in all, i highly recommend buying this pedal. It's my new go-to pedal.
Quality build, looks just like the original! Haven't tested it yet but fyi doesn't come with the 9v power supply so will have to grab one and test it soon

It's a cute size but the sound is solid and good! It captures the characteristics of the middle range and was better than I expected!
Want to know a cool life hack? If your pedal sounds dull, swap the operational amplifiers TL072. All TLs sound differently. After swapping, the sound may change for the better.
