How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Good material quality. There isn't a screw for hole on the top of the guitar Didnt fit with humbucker plastic rings. I had to cut it by hand to fit Not very hard to do

Super good pickguard, I loved it, I had to make some adjustments because I put it on a Gretsch Jet and not a Les Paul but it still looked amazing :)
Absolutely stunning. Colour and reflection is vibrant, adds an iridescent depth to the pick guard. The gold hardware really accents the aged pearl pick guard, and looks great on a black background. Quality is solid and easy to install, easy to install and insert additional cuts if required. Beautiful visually, great price, fleor will definitely be a brand that i recommend to other guitar builders
The item arrived well and is as indicated. But it doesn't fit my Les Paul Stagg :(

The truth is that the product looks good, but it's really bad taste that it only comes with 1 screw when they require 2 for installation.
I installed it on a Gibson Classic, but there was a gap and it didn't fit properly.
It is a very good option, not comparable in quality to an original but very good for replacement and exactly what I wanted for the LPs.

Visually it looks okay. I want to see if it fits on my Harley Benton.

I needed to make some adjustments with the sandpaper, but I believe it's because my guitar, which is a Cort, slightly deviates from the Gibson standard.

It arrived without problems, everything perfect as always. The only detail if you want to find something "bad" is that I ordered it in cream color and it's a very soft cream, plus it doesn't fit perfectly in the neck humbucker frame. I thought the color would be slightly more intense, but nothing that a few days in the sun can't fix. although I really don't see the need to do it, over time it will take on the tone I need. It arrived with the screws and the metal piece in gold color, it's perfect, although I expected it in silver for my black LP. (I will upload the photo later)
