How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I bought it to "complete" the Sonicake SMART BOX, although it's made of plastic, it's heavy and of good quality! ;)

I already know the pedal, it's a great value for money. The negative part was the delivery. The estimated date was 12/06, but the Post Office only made the delivery on July 10!!!

everything is okay
It seems to be quite durable, but I haven't been able to test it yet because I need a stereo cable to connect the pedal to the GP 50.

I recommend it to everyone, it works super well... you need to configure it on the pedal board and have a TRS cable! A regular P10 won't do a good job.

I've had another one like this and a Vol/Wah from the same brand. These pedals deliver much more than they cost, they're worth it. I use them on my mini board with the Kemper Player and I think they're great.
I am using it with a Nano Cortex and an MVave Chocolate Plus, it's an excellent combo, the MVave is connected via USB-C and the other via TRS.
I haven't tried it yet, but it looks very solid and strong despite being made of plastic, but it's very hard. I love the color, it's amazing.

Important: this pedal is specyfic and no one mentions here anything about: 1. In expression mode it has a weird pattern where the values are cut in like 3 places. It does not go 1-2-3-4-5 but something like 1-0-2-4-0-5, therefore you cannot use it with many normal analogue effects as this messes up everything. 2. You need a trs cable for both expression and volume, you cannot use normal ts cable for expression. For me this product is of no use. I'm happy with how shipping was handled, and that package arrived fast. I took 2 stars because no information was given on how weird and not consistent the potentiometer is. But i've read that this is hotone specyfic - and therefore considered normal.

Great expression pedal.
Bought this for my son to control the electric guitar input volume with his leg while playing on stage. It is passive meaning no power required on stage for it, and works well with moores compact guitar pedals without needing to use midi control for volume of guitar processor. But the pedal can also act as an expression pedal to do that if your guitar processor supports that input.
