How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I'm satisfied with this price for this level of quality. It's plastic, so it feels a bit squeaky compared to metal ones, but it's worth using for its cost-performance ratio, and I don't notice any tonal changes when using it behind a buffered pedal. I think it would be good to use when making a mini board. It seems similar to the Baiton one, just with a different decal, so I bought the cheaper one.

I still haven't been able to pick up the product; the delivery service is very weak as it can't deliver to the metropolitan area of my state. Imagine if I lived in the countryside. They left my package at a lady's house less than 1km from my home. I took time off from work to go there and pick it up, but it didn't work because she wasn't home. Now only God knows when I'll be able to go get it 🤦🏽♂️

Great, it worked well as a volume pedal. As for expression, I need a P10 TRS cable to test, but it's a pretty cool pedal.

It arrived in perfect condition but I haven't tested it yet.
The quality is impressive; when I picked up the box, I thought there was metal inside. The plastic is thick, hard, and high-quality; the rubber is also good. The bolts are stainless steel, and even under the heel there's a rubber lining.

The pedal has a good price, but I didn't like it because it's made of plastic which can generate some noise and the volume isn't very progressive.
Everything works well ~ It's really good for the price ~ It seems like a good product for those who are new to setting up a pedalboard like me. However, it seems that the range from low volume to high volume on the pedal changes a bit abruptly.

For the price, the pedal is okay, although I'm not really satisfied. The sound quality is poor; that is, when I turn it up from zero, it immediately becomes extremely loud and only gets slightly louder. Furthermore, they emit interference signals relatively easily because the casing is made of plastic. When you turn it on an overdrive and get your hand very close to the pedal, it makes a buzzing sound. Despite galvanically isolated power supply. Even putting the safety supervisor on site didn't bring any improvement. Installing another pot is not possible because the gear is cast with the pot's axis. Well, the humming is not a problem, but the pitch characteristics are annoying!
It's the crack! It took about 5 days to arrive in Chile.
