How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Just what I wanted, my room always has humidity and sometimes mold would appear. This device helps a lot. 10/10.
Is really silent, also it features a sleep mode making it even more noiceless. 100% recommended.
Very fast shipping, delivered before the expected date. Well packaged. Works well and makes almost no noise. Haven't tested it for several days in a row to see if it collects water.

It arrived quickly, this is the second one I've bought, it works wonderfully, absorbs moisture very well, highly recommended product.
It works perfectly
OK. At a humidity of 60+ it collects water somewhat weakly. Literally 50 grams per day. Noisy. Night mode is quiet, OK. Workmanship quality is OK. In general, expectations match reality.
Recommended dehumidifier, it is small but of very good quality, in night mode it doesn't make much noise and removes a lot of water.
At the moment I am quite satisfied with the product; it makes no noise and performs its function perfectly. In one day in a room, it has collected all that water.
This is a repurchase. It's the right size for the bathroom.
Today it arrived and I put it in the bathroom since it has no ventilation and I have a problem with condensation and humidity. In about 5 hours it collected about 2 cm of water. The night mode is barely audible. For now, I am very happy; I hope it helps me remove so much moisture. I don't know if it consumes a lot of energy since it has to be left on for several hours.
It works quite well, it makes some noise which can be noticeable for those who are sensitive to noise, but it removes a lot of water from the room. A good purchase.
As a person who actually reads reviews i will try to give my opinion. It is very small but good enough for a room, and it does the job! I feel very happy with my purchase since i was struggling with humidity. I really appreciate that it has light and also i adore that it has a night mode. It does make a sound but it’s lighter than the normal mode so it allows me to sleep. I would definitely recommend it. I also like how easy it is to take out the tray and get rid of the water, doesn’t give me any issues to get it out or put it back. For people who like the light, its nice you can change different colours and it can be more or less intense but the noise it makes its annoying if you try to sleep with it. Seems pretty obvious but i’m telling you in case you wanted to know about it. Overall happy with this purchase..
Everything perfect. I bought it for the storage room and it's fantastic; every 5 days or so I empty the water tank and that's it. It only stops when the water tank is full. Highly recommended.

What was I doing before I had this awesome extractor 😂 it's a really cool thing. In a couple of hours it's already close to 40 grams of water, overnight it's 150 grams, maybe even more, see the photo, this is in test mode. It arrived very quickly in Kyiv.

The scheduled day arrived. Very quiet. I bought it for a small room that we use as a storage room in the yard; this year, with so many rains, it has absorbed a lot of moisture. In about 2 and a half days of use, it has collected all the water shown in the photo. So far, so good.
So I received it super quickly in less than two weeks, it's exactly as shown in the photo, it's not very noisy and there's also a night mode which is great because it makes no noise at all. It seems to work well, very satisfied.
