Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I bought it cheaply. It's pretty. It works well. After living in China for a long time, buying things in Korea was scary because they are expensive. Thanks to this, I got it cheaper like locally. I bought it cheaply.

Delivery was fast and I bought it because I wanted to make carrot juice easily. It's really good! I recommend it!!!!!!!! The product did get some carrot juice, haha... But if you're careful when washing it, there won't be much chance of hurting your hands when handling vegetables, so I recommend it!

Good quality. Fast delivery
The product seems sturdy and well-made. When I tried using the smallest knife, the blade was too small so it didn't work well for cutting cabbage (cutting with a knife). I think it would be better if it's just a whole container.
The quality is almost the same as what's sold in Korea. It seems like they're selling this separately in Korea anyway? I think I made a good purchase.
The design is neat and nice. It is firmly fixed to the ground with a compression device. Always be careful with the blade!
