How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenβt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinΒ 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youβve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I checked everything, everything works flawlessly; powerful, smooth speed adjustment, ergonomic and comfortable to hold. The plastic is odorless, the casing has a slight smell but it's not a big issue; for $30 it's just a gift. Thanks to the seller and the manufacturer.
The order reached Ulyanovsk in 9 days from the Russian warehouse to the pickup point. It was well packed in two sturdy boxes, but the box inside was slightly damaged at the warehouse. The contents were not affected. There was no unpleasant smell. The blender itself works perfectly, it's powerful and heavy. The set is complete, as described in the product card. The blades are sharp. There are instructions in different languages, and a QR code for the online Russian version. I recommend the product and the seller ππ»
Excellent and powerful blender. Works great to blend cold milk into cold foam or cream into butter or whipped cream. Also does a great job reducing granulated sugar to smooth powdered sugar or reducing flour to cake flour fineness.

Good plastic, pleasant to the touch, powerful motor. This is the third blender I've bought from this manufacturer; I got two with 1200W power and the last one with 1500W. The less powerful one had nice rubberized buttons and blue backlighting, but here there are just plastic buttons without backlighting, although the motor is indeed more powerful. Overall, it's a good device, I recommend it.

It's easy to use and grinds well. I would give the mixer performance 5 stars, but I requested an EU plug and it was delivered as a UK type. The cup material is weak and scratches occur even with minor impacts. I tried to get a refund but ended up getting a conversion plug and using a different cup instead.

The blender arrived intact and undamaged. All the required components seem to be in place. In practice, it has not been tested yet. But visually everything is fine. I hope there won't be any problems when needed. And I will need a blender just recently. Perhaps after use, I will update the review.
I use it all days and i like it a lot, is not noisy, it is powerful and very easy to clean, i have an expensive ninja blender that i donβt use anymore because i can do everything with this hand blender
The packaging was quite sturdy as the outer cardboard box was much thicker than expected. The product has a sense of weight and a nice design; it looks quite good. The motor is quiet and has no issues with rotation. Cleaning after use has become much easier compared to before.

I haven't used this device yet, but i hope it will do its job. I chose it to work with confectionery products. Looks powerful

Great blender! Tried all the attachments, worked perfectly with all products. I've been searching for an inexpensive blender for a very long time, and I wanted it to mince meat: everything worked out! Following the manufacturer's recommendation, I cut it into small pieces and added 200 grams at a time to the bowl. The meat turned into mush just like lightning! I really liked it. The seller is attentive and responds to messages. I would like rubber anti-slip rings and a puree attachment for this wonderful blender. Powerful, quiet, fast! All modes work. The motor block is a bit heavy, but it doesn't tire the hand. I recommend buying it for those who enjoy cooking with "assistants". Many thanks to the seller and the store.
