The pan heats up very quickly. Baking works very well with it. Fantastic pan. Going to order another one.
The best pan I have ever used. The materials feel very high quality, it is slightly heavy and feels very very robust. I like the glossy finish; it pairs very well with the honeycomb engraving. It's on par with $150 pans. To cook, low heat is sufficient; it browns the food very well. It is not non-stick, but knowing how to use it, nothing sticks. If you don't know how to use it, all the food will stick to you. I will definitely buy another one that is bigger.

The pan came with the handle, manual, and a key to tighten the handle on it. I followed the instructions in the manual and everything worked fine, but it needs to heat up quite a bit before use.
Recommended for stir-frying, but make sure to coat the egg frittata with enough oil.
Okay, okay. I need to remove the glue properly. When I wiped it with oil, it turned black. It's heavy. Very good for the price It's okay if you clean it thoroughly by washing and boiling it before using.
It's very well made and comes with an assembly wrench, but it's not SUS316. It's probably not 304 either; it's lower grade than that. The coffee pot is Daiso 304, but you can see it doesn't stick well to magnets. This one sticks strongly. But if it's really 316, it shouldn't be this price. It's 6-10 times the price of stainless steel 304. Anyway, it's a good frying pan if you clean it well and use it. Even if it's cheap, it's a good price.

I had my doubts about this pan but so far it's phenomenal. Food doesn't stick... we'll have to wait a while to see how it responds since all new pans usually perform well at first, but for now it looks very good... better than expected... if it holds up well, I'll buy other sizes... yes, of course. You have to read the care instructions!!
