Very surprised by the good product it is... 1/3 of the value compared to what they sell here in Chile. It arrived quickly. Keep in mind that if the window has a lot of dirt, it is indeed recommended to release the loose dirt... otherwise the cloth gets dirty very quickly and needs to be changed to leave the glass clean. When you remove it, it leaves a mop mark, but it comes off quickly with a dry cloth.

Five star! Works best if windows have frame, havent experienced any falling and i have very high windows. It has sensors so it can work without a frame eg. Mirror but very small chance it can fall. Needs to be plugged in, but has a very long cord or get an extension cable. Prewash cloths. My preference one cloth damp, other dry. If windows very dirty, need to run once completely dry, then wet. It’s a very effective machine, savior for people with lots of big windows. Does need 4-10 min depending on size to clean but beeps when done. If your lazy, get this and windows sparkle after!
