How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The product looks ok, but i haven't try it out yet. there was delay during the custom clearance, but it eventually gine through. it took almost one month for it to be delivered.

I find it Splendid!!!!!!! It's excellent that you make large sizes like 5XL. Custom-made, just as described. The inner lining is very nice and the stitching is professional. It arrived super fast, well packaged, very good rope. I loved it!
It broke as soon as I put the E string on, and I've been playing it for years and adjusting the strings.
Maybe these aren't exactly original strings, but they play well. I ordered them for the second time - strings wear out with active use. The sound is good, they are made carefully. The winding is aluminum, the core is plastic.

The product description clearly states "full set, G D A E strings, 135b 135, 4/4." If it were written like this, consumers would assume it is a full set of G D A E strings ×2. However, the actual product received was only 2 E strings. This kind of labeling is considered unfair advertising under the prize display law and is prohibited. Please consider a refund.
Dominant strings exactly as described. Will purchase again!
I quite like it. I'm not sure, but it seems to me that it's a real dominant trait.
My thought was? That i bought a full set? But ok!? ? The e-string is the most fragile regarding it to braak....

This is a counterfeit product. Not original strings and different from Thomastik Dominant 135B for material, rigidity and other details. Having used Dominant strings for years and being a professional violinist, I can be sure that these are not original strings. More than 22 euros for dominant strings would have been a great purchase, but for Chinese strings of dubious origin, it's not at all. Requested a return!
This set also looks good, the 135 and 135b differ in the E string which is slightly thinner.
