How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This is the third one I've bought; I already have the 200ml and 500ml ones, and now this new 300ml one. Easy to use and clean, it works with all types of stoves, including induction ones, the handle doesn't get hot at all, and you can use a medium amount of coffee for an Americano or a full amount for 6 espressos. The chrome part doesn't get stained, and the bottom part is quite good (on my other coffee makers) after hundreds of cycles. Highly recommended

This is the second coffee maker I've bought of this model. I have the same one in the 200ml size and it was not enough for 2 days. So I bought this size, which is more than enough for me. Very good quality and price.
The quality of the coffee maker is good, with a very nice finish. The only complaint is the filter tube, which goes into the lower part and is a bit short. At the end of heating, there is a lot of water left in the container.
Fast delivery in a bulk order. Visually, the quality seems quite acceptable. Practical use confirms this. The coffee comes out with a rich flavor and is hot. In the absence of electricity for the electric coffee maker to operate, this is an excellent solution. I recommend it.
The purchase price, including discounts and coupons, is 1270 UAH. Delivery to Ukraine takes 10 days. The local postal operator is Ukrposhta. The factory cardboard box was quite wrinkled during transportation, but the coffee maker itself was not damaged. It looks very attractive and is well-made. I tested its functionality on an induction stove - everything is fine. I haven't managed to make delicious coffee yet, but that's more likely due to my cooking skills. I'm satisfied with the purchase and recommend the seller. Now I'll learn how to make coffee.

It's worth every euro you pay for it; if there's one drawback, it's that it's not bigger, otherwise it's spectacular.
I bought it because I needed to make it in large quantities, and I was very satisfied with it. If there was something slightly disappointing, it would be that the packaging arrived a bit dented? Still, there was no damage to the product, so it's okay.
Excellent coffee maker - beautiful, made of very thick metal, the actual water capacity is even greater than stated, with a maximum mark of 400 ml. The handle is well-designed - it doesn't get too hot and you can pick it up immediately after making the coffee. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
