How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I bought this chair in february. my friend saw it and liked it so i ordered it for him. you have to go through trial and error to figure out how to use but once you do it, it’s easy. i suggest after unfolding the back rest you put your foot on the base (with black parts on aluminum frame) and pull straight up so both 2 sections are extended. then unfold legs.
The chair was well priced and seems a great design and quality. we needed a comfortable compact camping chair and this suits us very well. it comes with a carry bag and it took 1 minute to work out how to set up and fold up to put away.
The chair is great, the waiting time was a month which was too long, but it was worth it.

Cool chair! It folds up very compactly! It seemed a bit heavy to me. Although any folding chair also weighs quite a bit. My height is 175 cm. It's very comfortable to sit in. If you're 160 cm tall, the chair's backrest folds down a bit, creating a sinking effect. It starts to envelop you.
I like it. However, the seat position is a bit higher compared to other chairs.
I liked the chair, the quality is good. But the delivery was not fast and it didn't work out with the courier. The order arrived at the post office, which might have been even more convenient.
Run dont walk i’ve been looking for a compact chair like this to bring to set as an mua for years all the directors chairs i’ve found don’t fold up this small. It’s not to heavy either!! It’s a bit of a learning curve to get open but not crazy difficult
The great thing about this product is that it can be folded down to half the size compared to other director's chairs. This allows it to fit perfectly into a standard 40-50L backpack. It's so good that I decided to buy another one. Since it becomes compact, there is one more step involved in extending and retracting the legs when opening and folding. The mechanism makes it a bit heavier.
It's the same as in the photo and looks neat. The backrest feels a bit unstable, but I don't think it's a major issue.
There were no instructions included. Eventually after five minutes i was able to set up and take down the chair. I only used it once but it works great and is comfortable. I am 85 kg and the chair supports me well.
