Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I love it! I'm cutting fruit very quickly. It is easy to wash. It's true that the bottom part came cracked, but I didn't return it because it's okay. The box arrived a bit crushed. But that is not the company's fault; it would be the responsibility of the transport agency. Still, I recommend it 100%. Thank you.

Feels a little cheap and the lid only sits loose on it but in general i am happy, makes cutting vegetables super easy.

Product is just like the picture. I know that people complained about packaging damaging which also happened to me. I recommend the seller to use bubble wrap around the box to avoid damaging. Other than that the product is good
Everything is as in the photo, although the box arrived wrinkled but seems to be intact.
