How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The second time I buy this brand, the first one lasted me two years and eight months. This time I bought it in gray, the other one was white, perfect and complete. only that the water tank has a crack, I spoke directly with the brand and they are sending me a new tank at no cost. When it arrives, I will do a second evaluation, but they gave me a tracking number and it's going from Germany to Spain, it looks formal. recommended.
Works great, create thick and thin frothy milk.
It makes the best possible milk foam. On the picture is the hot froth with thick foam. 1dcl of milk and you get so much foam.
Delivery on time and in good condition. Machine installed in an office for 4 people. Tried with DG, NS and PAD capsules and the coffee is good, good temperature and easy to use. The only downside is the size of the water tank, but we adapted. Let's hope it lasts over time.

Very nice coffee, the downside is the lack of a bin where you have to do the process yourself instead of the capsule going into some bin, so it's super super super super super super. I highly recommend it.
The shipping is fast and perfectly packaged. It makes delicious coffee (I've only tried Dolce Gusto capsules). No water was coming out at first, despite having purged it, but the seller assisted me quickly and efficiently. He sent me a video explaining how to disassemble it and replace the water hose that was pinched. In summary, everything perfect. Highly recommended product and seller
The device performs excellently. You can choose from five coffee brewing methods, and the coffee is always deliciously hot, aromatic, and with a frothy crema. Furthermore, the shipment arrived in perfect condition. No reason to complain!
I am super happy with this coffee maker, it's very practical, easy to understand and clean, it makes good coffee with its foam and everything. I use the Ground Coffee Capsule Holder, I don't think I'll use the other capsule holders since I don't want to buy capsules. After 7 months, this is the second one I've bought ☕

This is my best purchase in recent times. I simply cannot get enough of it. Very convenient. There are markings inside. It turns off by itself when ready. And it makes perfect foam.
It's the second one I bought. Currently, I only use natural coffee and it comes out spectacularly.
