Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I love it! The messaging was very bad because the box arrived completely destroyed. Thank God the fryer arrived safely. Now, regarding the pot. Good quality steel, it's quite heavy and has good finishes. We need to test the thermometer and those little things, but at first glance and holding it in hand, it's great.

It's pretty. I like frying things, but I only bought one because I wanted to try it in the pan. I think I got a great deal at a low price. The top part can be separated to pour out the remaining oil, and there is a slight groove. Good rear tail! ! However, the frying net... one side fell off, so I was slightly disappointed, but it still doesn't hinder its use.
