I am so thrilled with this purchase! I bought this deep-frying pot specifically to make schnitzels, and it performed beautifully. The built-in thermometer is the best feature – it takes all the guesswork out of getting the oil to the perfect temperature. I was able to maintain a steady heat, and my schnitzels came out perfectly golden, incredibly crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. No more soggy or burnt edges! The draining rack that fits onto the lid is pure genius. It's so convenient to lift the cooked pieces out and let the excess oil drip right back into the pot. It made the final result much less greasy and saved me from using a mountain of paper towels. The size is also perfect for a small household; you don't need to use a huge bottle of oil just to fry a few items. Cleanup was surprisingly easy as well. If you love fried foods like tempura, schnitzel, or fries but don't want a bulky deep fryer taking up space, this pot is the perfect solution. Highly recommended!
