How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It is a beginner-quality flute, which is appropriate for its price. If in your city they don't sell flutes with these characteristics (open plates and a B foot), it's an excellent option. The packaging could be improved by adding some protection inside the flute case; I could see that it moved and got bumped a bit, but there is no obvious damage. How can I say it? If you can't find this model of flute in your city, as was the case in my case, I recommend this flute. All the notes work and for the price it's all good. If you have the opportunity to have a luthier check it, even better, I don't have one here. 😅 I recommend it as an option for a beginner like me who is looking for a flute with these characteristics. It can be tuned well and you can use it for your studio and for playing in your band or orchestra.

I have 2 of these flutes and for the price, it is absolutely worth it. the ones i have, have been always ready to play with clean and crisp high notes as well as a deep bottom register. for pros could be used as a practice flute, but i plan to play with it at gigs. this price is really ridiculous!! just try one and you’ll find out. the flute came pretty fast considering that it came from china. haven’t really checked the tuning and if it will be suited for pro recordings, but heck, for the price, who really cares if you have your main pro flute. i have a yamaha 581, so i know what i’m talking about.
This flute is outstanding!! could be used by any professional musician. came ready to play. i didn’t have to adjust anything and lots of times i always have to make adjustments and never have been fully satisfied. this will be my main flute for my gigs. by the way, i have yamaha and pearl flutes and this one blew all of them away (pun intended). bye this flute, for the price, it’s a great deal.
It sounds very good and easy to play. Very easy to play the bass register, the D, C, E. Round and clear sound without air, easy to make the dynamics of basses and pianos. Good instrument.
