Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

I am satisfied with the delivery, packaging, and product. Ali's delivery speed is fast these days. The packaging was a bit torn, but there is no issue with the product. The finishing at the end is not neat. Still, it's well made. I ordered a wagon that opens at the back together. The pole supporting the table feels short. If it was just 1~2 centimeters longer, it would have been perfect. It seems that this is a custom-made wagon product that does not open at the back. It's a little disappointing, but There is no problem using it while mounted.
