How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

It works very well. It's solid. In addition to having plenty of configuration and operation options. I really like it.
The coffee grinder makes a high-quality impression. The grinding is fast and much quieter than my old one. Price-performance top The small footprint required is also nice.
This grinder feels premium, I knew it would be small but when I saw it it gave the impression of being even smaller, it barely makes noise which is great, the seller answered all my questions and was very kind, initially I think it was a great purchase, when I try it with my precision baskets I will comment again on how the grinding works.

Super fast delivery, the grinder is wonderful, it performs all grind sizes perfectly, the body and parts are made of metal, heavy in weight and stable during operation, works quite quietly, neat and takes up little space, the product was packed perfectly.

I do not understand those who had a problem with this grinder. We continue to reduce the size so much that it grinds finely without which we achieve a pressure exceeding 20 bars. Request an exchange, there must be an issue. Hibrew is known for testing its machines before export, although it is possible that they test one mill per batch. Ours is simply ultra-performant.
Great seller and great grinder. Small, good build quality, and works very well. The machine is very quiet, has consistent grind, and goes beyond fine enough for espresso! It is a single dose machine, so perhaps not for everyone, and the power cord is very short (wish it was a foot longer), but it is perfect for me, and the small size has given me back some of my counter space! Thank you hibrew!

An excellent grinder for the price. It has automatic shutoff and a metal dosing cup. The dosing cup does suffer from some static, but the grinds come out very even and work very well for espresso. Totally changed the coffee taste for me.

Very impressive. This is built extremely well. Compact size and very quite. (this is actually almost as quite as my hand grinder....wow). Fully adjustable grind, although i have not tried to grind beans yet, it will be interesting to see how well the grind settings stay in place during grinding. The tilt function is extremely useful. The body parts , including the cup are nicely machined coated metal. Very durable on initial inspection. Most other brands in this quality build are 4 to 10 times more expensive. The conical grinding burrs appear to be quality metal as well. No reason to pay 5 to ten times the price. Top quality.
High-quality grinder with good performance. Very happy with the purchase. It comes with washers to calibrate it if necessary, but I don't think it is in my case.
